Presidential Financial Names Hanes as BDO in Midwest/Great Lakes Region

Presidential Financial Corporation (PFC) announced Jason Hanes has joined its team as a business development officer.  In his new role, Hanes will be responsible for originating, structuring, and funding asset-based financing solutions with commitment amounts up to $30 million for middle-market businesses in the Midwest and Great Lakes regions. 

Hanes brings significant asset-based lending experience to PFC, including field examination, portfolio management, credit underwriting and new business development.  He comes to PFC from Phoenix Management Services where he had various responsibilities, including turnaround management, special situations investment banking, and financial due diligence.  Prior to Phoenix, Hanes worked for 16 years in senior roles helping a number of financial institutions develop and manage asset-based lending portfolios.
 
Hanes earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.  He is a past president of Commercial Finance Association – Ohio Chapter and an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association, and Commercial Finance Association.  Hanes is also a licensed certified public accountant.
