Cold Mountain Capital has named Anthony Bergen as chief financial officer. His appointment is effective immediately. Previously, Bergen worked at Cold Mountain’s sister company Stony Point Group Inc. He was also the CFO of TECT Power, a Stony Point affiliate.
Bergen has more than 35 years’ professional experience in both financial and operational roles, including interim president, chief financial officer, and corporate controller. He is a long-term member of the Turnaround Management Association, a Certified Turnaround Professional with more than 25 years of corporate renewal experience, and is a past recipient of the TMA’s prestigious Outstanding Individual Contribution Award.

Before Cold Mountain Capital, Bergen spent several years working for Cold Mountain’s sister company, Stony Point Group, Inc. He also served as chief financial officer of TECT Power, a Stony Point affiliate and middle market manufacturer of turbine engine components. Before his time at TECT Power, Bergen worked as a director at Glass & Associates, later Huron Consulting, focused on middle-market corporate renewal.
