Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC, an affiliate of leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal, has completed the addition of San Jose-based Clifton Douglas LLP, whose team of tax professionals will join A&M Taxand, effective November 1, 2016.

With a strong tax practice in Silicon Valley dedicated to tax provision and compliance serving technology and life science companies, the addition of Clifton Douglas supports A&M Taxand’s growth strategy, specifically expanding its offerings amidst the backdrop of a rapidly-growing tech industry.
