LBC Credit Partners (LBC), a provider of financing solutions to middle market companies, announced the promotion of two of its investment professionals. Ryan Rassin has been promoted to Managing Director and Matthew Alles has been promoted to Director.

Ryan Rassin is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating new investments in the Midwest and Southwest regions of the U.S. He has over 22 years of leveraged lending and corporate finance experience, and possesses considerable transaction expertise. Matthew Alles is responsible for leading the team for primary research and underwriting of new investment opportunities. Matthew has over 15 years of experience in leveraged lending and
financial services.
