Gemspring Capital, LLC, a lower middle market private equity firm with $350 million of equity capital under management, announced that Ravdeep Chanana has joined as a Vice President on the investment team.

Ravdeep is a former executive at General Electric with experience working across eight countries and four different multi-billion dollar industrial and financial services business units. His most recent role was Chief Financial Officer of GE Additive, a new business unit within GE Aviation comprised of two strategic acquisitions completed in 2016. Prior to GE Additive, Ravdeep was Chief Financial Officer of GE Aviation's engineering organization where he led a global finance team and was responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership across the organization.
