Evan brings over 20 years of investment banking experience, having supported mid-market companies with tailored financing solutions throughout mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. He has advised both public and privately held companies across a wide range of constituents, including management teams, boards of directors, equity investors, and various creditor groups.
