Jon Doehr has joined Auctus Group, Inc. as a Senior Managing Director.  Doehr will originate and execute transactions for lower middle-market and middle-market public and private companies.  He will provide mergers & acquisitions advisory services for both buyers and sellers, capital raising services for growth companies and financial advisory services, including valuations and fairness opinions.

Doehr has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience, including 17 years as an investment banker serving companies in a range of industries including financial services, business services, consumer, technology and industrial.  His experience includes buy-side and sell-side advisory work, including management buyouts and strategic alternatives analysis, as well as valuation and fairness opinion engagements for public and private entities.  Prior to joining Auctus Group, Doehr was a managing director at BlackTorch Capital where he led M&A, private capital formation and financial advisory engagements for a variety of companies ranging from the lower middle-market to the mid-cap public sector.  He was also a director in the Financial Services Investment Banking Group at KPMG Corporate Finance and gained additional investment banking experience at Manchester Companies and Greene, Holcomb & Fisher. 

Doehr holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA degree from Colby College. He also currently holds series 7, 24, 63, 79 securities licenses with FINRA.
