Capital One announced that Richard Rizzo has joined its Corporate Banking team as a Senior Relationship Manager in Philadelphia. 

Rizzo will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with large corporations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, Michigan and other neighboring states. He reports to Tom Savage, Market Executive and Team Leader for US Corporate Banking. Adding Rizzo continues Capital One’s growth in the Delaware Valley Region.

“Richard brings a wealth of experience to our expanding Corporate Banking team,” said Savage. “He’ll be an invaluable resource to our clients, working to provide creative solutions and delivering the highest levels of service.” 

Rizzo has over 25 years of banking experience, working in capital markets, wealth management and corporate banking. He joins Capital One from MUFG/Union Bank, where he served as a Managing Director and Group Head for their Northeast Mid-Corporate Banking team. Rizzo has also served in previous banking roles with Wells Fargo, Citigroup and Bank of America.

Rizzo has both his FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses, and received his B.S. in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College. He resides in Haverford, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
