Ares Commercial Finance announced that it has provided a $25 million senior secured credit facility to URT United Road Towing, Inc.
The company provides tow services and other related vehicle management services to large municipalities, large corporations, and private parties across the U.S. URT also provides vehicle storage, disaster response, and freeway/shop servicing.
The credit facility consists of a working capital revolver. Proceeds of the financing were used to refinance the company’s existing debt.
