Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a middle market investment bank, announced the addition of Patrick Warren to its Industrials Group. Warren brings more than 12 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience to the firm, with transaction expertise that encompasses over 40 private equity investments, add-on acquisitions, and advisory and financing assignments, collectively representing in excess of $2.0 billion in transaction value.

Prior to joining BGL, Warren served as a Vice President in the Commercial and Industrial Investment Banking Group at BB&T Capital Markets. His previous experience also includes positions as Vice President with HealthEdge Investment Partners and Associate with Harren Equity Partners. He began his career as an investment banking analyst with KPMG Corporate Finance.
