NXT Capital Provides $38MM for Graham Partners’ Acquisition of OptConnect

NXT Capital announced that it has provided a $38 million senior secured credit facility to support Graham Partners’ acquisition of OptConnect, LLC. NXT Capital acted as the Sole Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent and Sole Bookrunner for this transaction.
