FTI Consulting has named Carlin Adrianopoli as Leader of the Midwest Region for the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. Adrianopoli is a Senior Managing Director based in Chicago. He succeeds Michael Buenzow, a Senior Managing Director who is also based in Chicago. Buenzow will continue in his role as Vice Chairman of Restructuring and Company-Side Practice Leader at FTI Consulting.
For more than 18 years, Adrianopoli has advised companies, boards, equity investors and creditors in restructuring and underperforming situations. He has served as an advisor and held numerous interim management roles for troubled and distressed companies across the globe.
Buenzow has more than 20 years of experience serving as a financial advisor to corporations, creditors, equity owners and directors of underperforming companies. He has extensive international and public company experience and specializes in operational turnarounds, interim management and business reorganization.
