Armory Group, LLC, a financial advisory firm serving the middle market, has hired Steven Sadek as Managing Director in the company's investment banking division. Based in Dallas, Steven brings more than 13 years of investment banking and financial restructuring expertise to the firm's growing middle market practice.

Prior to joining Armory, Sadek was a Director in the Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities where he executed a broad range of transaction types, including leveraged buyout financings, public equity and high yield financings, debt and equity private placements, senior leveraged loans, and M&A advisory. Before that, he worked in the special situations and financial restructuring group at Chanin Capital Partners on transactions with debtors and creditors, including pre-crisis situations, out-of-court workouts, and Chapter 11 reorganizations.

Sadek graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received degrees in Economics from the Wharton School and in Systems Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
