FTI Consulting has expanded its Transaction Services practice to the West Coast, with the relocation of Managing Director Christopher Lee to the firm’s San Francisco office. Lee, who was previously based in FTI Consulting’s New York office, will provide local coverage of deal and private equity clients. He also will partner with the firm’s Telecom, Media & Technology practice to deliver comprehensive solutions across the deal lifecycle.
 
Lee has extensive diligence experience across the technology, software/SAAS, technology enabled business services, media, advertising, sports entertainment, pharmaceutical, retail, industrial products and consumer goods industries, among many others.

His deal experience includes buy-side, sell-side, majority/minority stakes and PIPEs, with valuations from less than $10 million to more than $1 billion. His expertise also encompasses quality of earnings analysis, profitability analysis, net working capital and debt analysis, review of financial projections, cash flow modeling and purchase agreement advice.
