Monroe Capital LLC announced Ryan Flanders has joined the firm as Vice President in its New York office. Ryan will serve on the firm’s Investor Relations & Marketing team. 

Prior to Monroe, Ryan was the Head of Private Debt Products at Preqin, where he created and established Preqin’s coverage of the private debt asset class, managing marketing, sales, and external communications on a worldwide basis while serving as a frequent contributor on the conference circuit. Throughout his seven years at Preqin, Ryan also served in client services and business sales roles. Ryan earned his B.A. from the University of Georgia, Athens. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
