Gleacher & Company announced Kevin M. Sisson has joined the firm as a managing director in the firm’s investment banking division based in its New York office.
Sisson joins Gleacher & Company with more than 15 years of financial services experience, most recently serving as a senior partner and co-founder of Cyan Partners, a middle market direct lending fund focused on providing unitranche, senior secured and mezzanine debt financing.

Prior to Cyan Partners, Mr. Sisson served as a Managing Director in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. Previously he was a managing director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Citigroup Global Markets. Earlier, Sisson served as an associate in the Corporate Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He began his career as a management consultant at Price Waterhouse.
