Monroe Capital LLC announced an increase in the credit facility to Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTSI) to support the acquisition of Communications Specialists Inc. (CSI). CTSI is an existing portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital.
Based outside of Richmond, Virginia, and founded in 1986, CSI is a full-service systems integration firm serving the central Virginia region. The company provides communications system design, installation and support – primarily for the healthcare and education markets. The addition of CSI further expands the contiguous geographic footprint and aligns with CTSI’s continued growth strategy.
