MidCap Business Credit has named Lisa Lepri as Vice President of Operations and Collateral.

Lepri will be responsible for managing the Operations and Collateral department.  She has been in Asset Based Lending for 30 years and has worked for several financial institutions.  Most recently she was employed with R B International as a Collateral Officer where she supported several different types of Lending for 14 years. Lepri has helped develop Collateral and Operating systems as well throughout her career.
