Houlihan Lokey, the global investment bank, announced that David Brock has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Industrials Group, focused on the building products sector. He is based in London.
Brock joins from Jefferies, where he was a Managing Director and Head of the Construction & Building Materials Group. Prior to Jefferies, he was also a Managing Director and Head of the Construction & Building Materials Group at Deutsche Bank. Brock’s previous experience also includes equity research roles in the building products sector at Credit Suisse and HSBC.
