Day Pitney LLP announced that it will merge with Richman Greer P.A. All fifteen attorneys from Richman Greer will join Day Pitney upon completion of the merger, which is expected on January 1, 2019.

The combined firm will retain Richman Greer's existing offices in Miami and West Palm Beach as well as all personnel. Day Pitney, which currently has offices in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, will increase its lawyer headcount in Florida from seven to 22 attorneys. The attorneys joining Day Pitney have extensive experience handling high-profile and complex commercial litigation, which will be of immediate value to the firm's clients. The merger will provide Richman Greer and its clients with a complete range of legal services through Day Pitney's well-established Corporate and Trusts and Estates groups as well as expanded geographic reach up the East Coast across 11 additional offices all the way to Boston.

Manuel A. Garcia-Linares concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial and business litigation, officer and director liability, real estate litigation, probate and trust litigation, professional malpractice (legal and accounting), and class action litigation.
