WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, announced the hiring of Drew Caylor as Managing Director.
Drew joins WILsquare Capital from Louis York Capital, a multi-family investment office, making direct investments in industrial manufacturing and distribution businesses. As a partner of the firm, Drew focused on deal execution as well as served as a Director on platform investments.
A graduate of Stanford University, Drew spent two years in the NFL. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers and also played for the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens. Upon his retirement from the NFL, Drew began his career at Bodley Group, a St. Louis-based family office, where he served as an operating partner and President of a portfolio company. Drew also received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis during this time.
