EA Markets LLC, an independent investment bank focused on arranging capital, announced  the addition of Fouad Onbargi as Managing Director.

Onbargi brings over twenty years of experience in structured finance with expertise across a broad range of traditional and esoteric asset classes. At EA, he will be responsible for expanding EA’s asset finance advisory activity and developing new client relationships.

Onbargi previously built the asset-based banking effort at KGS-Alpha and led securitization banking teams at JP Morgan and Barclays Capital. He began his career as a corporate attorney specializing in leveraged leasing, project finance and securitization with White & Case and Sidley Austin.
