In response to its continuing growth, Gibraltar Business Capital added Randi M. Hershgordon as its newest Senior Vice President. 

Hershgordon has more than 30 years of professional experience serving middle-market companies. She brings to Gibraltar keen underwriting, credit analysis, and risk management skills, combined with a steadfast commitment to delivering personalized service that fosters strong working relationships. Using a collaborative approach, Randi has worked closely with owners, sponsors, and C-suite executives to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing their businesses and create customized loan structures to maximize borrowing availability.                                                     

Hershgordon has spent her last 15+ years in leadership roles in the asset-based lending industry. Most recently, she was a founding member of the leadership team at Adams Business Credit, LLC and Chief Credit Officer at Context Business Lending, LLC.

Hershgordon maintains high visibility through leadership roles in the turnaround and restructuring industry and serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, the TMA Global Awards Selection Committee, and the TMA Mid-Atlantic Symposium Planning Committee.  She is also an active member of the SFNet Women in Commercial Finance Committee, the TMA Network of Women Global Committee, IWIRC, and the Association for Corporate Growth.

A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Randi is a CPA and began her career performing accounting and advisory services for middle-market companies and financial institutions as well as forensic accounting engagements for attorneys and financial services organizations.
