Focus Management Group (FMG), a nationwide turnaround and restructuring firm, has boosted its team with the addition of Benjamin Wilson. Supporting the Pasadena office from his Arizona home office, Benjamin will serve as a Consultant to complement the firm’s growing demand for its turnaround management and corporate restructuring services.

With his CFO experience, he will be a hands-on team member for our clients.”
Wilson has a strong accounting and management background. He is adept at oversight of the day-to-day financial operations and financial management, as well as experienced in strategic planning and forecasting for both simple and complex companies, including multi-divisional and international entities. He has used his financial management experience to formalize variance and budgeting analysis, financial modeling and C level reporting.
Prior to joining Focus Management Group, Ben held multiple financial and accounting positions in health care and technology. He has managed the month-end close process, produced consolidated financial statements, managed receivables, presented financial results to the board of directors, performed multi-currency intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet remeasurement, maintained related party debt amortization tables, performed M&A due diligence for multiple parties interested in the purchase of the company, worked on the post-acquisition integration of accounting functions, completed post-acquisition working capital adjustments, and purchase accounting.
Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Accounting, with a specialization in Internal Auditing, from Wayne State University.
