Larry Blackman joined Phoenix Management Services as a Senior Director in the firm’s Boston, MA, office and brings to the firm more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations.
Blackman is a financial leader that deploys a hands-on approach to deliver exceptional results. He has extensive experience working in the areas of turnaround/crisis management, budgeting and forecasting, operations, and he has led many merger and acquisition negotiations.
Prior to joining Phoenix, Blackman served in a wide range of financial capacities. He is an honors graduate from Northeastern University, and he earned his MBA in finance and marketing from Babson College.
