Pathlight Capital LP announced the hiring of Matt Williams as Managing Director. Williams will focus on underwriting, portfolio management and workout for 1st and 2nd lien financing solutions for companies operating in a variety of industries.

Williams brings with him over 15 years of underwriting and portfolio management experience and deep domain expertise in asset-based lending. Prior to Pathlight, Matt served as

Managing Director at Wells Fargo Capital Finance where his responsibilities included structuring transactions, leading underwritings and managing a portfolio of over $3 billion of 1st and 2nd lien secured loans in and out of bankruptcy.
