BlackArch Partners announced that Andy Wright has been promoted to Director and Brandon Boor and Jesse Zahoran have been promoted to Vice President.
Mr. Wright joined BlackArch in 2019 and has almost ten years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions. Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Wright was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on middle-market sellside transactions, and a Manager in Grant Thornton’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. Mr. Wright earned a bachelor of arts degree from Davidson College and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Mr. Wright’s transaction experience includes a range of sectors, including: Diversified Industrials; Consumer & Retail; Food, Beverage & Agribusiness; Building Products & Infrastructure; Business & Professional Services; and Distribution.
Mr. Boor joined BlackArch as an Associate in 2017. Prior to Blackarch, he was in the Regional Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities where he focused on a range of middle market M&A, strategic advisory and financing engagements. Mr. Boor also served as a decorated officer in the U.S. Army and subsequently held several operational roles at Worthington Industries. Mr. Boor earned a bachelor of arts degree from the Virginia Military Institute and a master’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Mr. Boor’s transaction experience spans a range of sectors, including: Diversified Industrials; Building Products & Infrastructure; Distribution; Aerospace, Defense & Government Services and Business & Professional Services.
Mr. Zahoran has more than six years of experience executing investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, public offerings and financing engagements. Prior to BlackArch, Mr. Zahoran was an Associate in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Zahoran earned a bachelor of science degree in Finance and minors in Economics and Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. His transaction experience covers a range of sectors, including: Business & Professional Services; Consumer Services; Distribution; Multi-Unit Retail; eCommerce; and Branded Consumer Products.
