EisnerAmper announced that Yvette Garcia has joined the firm as a commercial audit partner concentrating on audit & assurance, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings and capital formation.

Garcia, who is based at EisnerAmper’s Fort Lauderdale, FL, office, has approximately 25 years of experience serving national and international public and private companies across industries including broker-dealers, restaurants, franchises, hospitality, nonprofit, distribution, financial institutions, international banking, manufacturing, real estate, technology and telecommunications.

Garcia is involved with the Florida International Bankers Association and South Florida Banking Institute, and she was a past member of the Junior League of Miami. She is a volunteer at the United Way of Miami-Dade – Education Impact Council and also served on the Audit Committee and Women’s Leadership Council for the United Way of Miami-Dade. Garcia has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Connecticut State University and a Master’s in Accounting from Florida International University.
