Fesnak and Associates announced that Robert R. Van Gulick, CPA, has joined the firm as a partner in the Tax Services Group. Van Gulick will lead Fesnak’s State and Local Tax Practice. He joins Fesnak from KPMG LLP, where he was a tax partner in the State and Local Tax group.

Over the past 28 years, Van Gulick has served clients across a wide breadth of industries including life sciences, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, real estate and professional services. He has extensive experience providing tax planning, advisory, compliance and advocacy services for corporations, S corporations, partnerships and executives.

Van Gulick received B.S. degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Delaware. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
