AlixPartners announced that Adam Fless has rejoined as a Managing Director in the firm’s New York office. Adam brings over 20 years of performance improvement experience from both the impact-focused consulting and private equity worlds. He will focus on supporting the firm’s private equity clients on executing diligence, margin, and growth transformation programs across industry verticals.
Prior to returning to AlixPartners, Adam spent a decade in consulting, including with AlixPartners, and then 11 years in private equity, first as a value creation leader at KKR and most recently at Paine Schwartz Partners, where he founded and led the function.
Adam brings deep experience in procurement, design-to-value, due diligence, product development & launch, sales force effectiveness, and post-merger integration. He has particular industry depth in manufacturing, business services, and food/agriculture. He brings an investment-cycle mindset having served on multiple boards of directors as well as having built management teams from the CEO down.
Adam received his undergraduate degree in Economics and International Trade from the University of Waterloo, Canada and an MBA from the London Business School, UK.
