Additionally, TD Bank has named George M. Mandt as Vice President, Senior Lender in Burlington, Mass. where he is responsible for new business development and portfolio management, serving customers throughout New England.

Woodard has 22 years of experience in healthcare lending and finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as Market Leader in Healthcare & Senior Living Finance at Sovereign Bank/Banco Santander and a Senior Client Manager in Healthcare & Institutions at Bank of America, both in Boston.

Mandt is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in banking and commercial lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as First Vice President at First Niagara, where he originated asset-based loans. Mandt is a member of ACG and TMA.
