MidCap Financial provided a $15 million senior secured credit facility to ImageOne Industries, LLC (“ImageOne”), a provider of branding, signage, and maintenance services. The MidCap Financial credit facility refinanced the company’s prior credit facility and will provide for the company’s go-forward working capital needs.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Bensalem, PA, ImageOne designs and manufactures branding and signage for external and internal purposes, as well as provides construction and maintenance services.
