Phoenix Management Services announced the appointment of Martha E.M. “Marti” Kopacz as a Senior Managing Director in its Boston, MA office. Kopacz joins Phoenix and complements its already outstanding team of Senior Managing Directors and professionals. She will advise companies, investors, lenders and other stakeholders in several industries, including retail, technology, business services, public sector and not for profit. She will also serve in crisis and interim management roles and provide strategic and transaction advisory services.

Kopacz has over 25 years of experience assisting stakeholders in analyzing business operations. She has led or participated in over 100 advisory and restructuring engagements. Prior to joining Phoenix, Marti founded Brant Point Advisors LLC. Marti also co-founded and co-led the U.S. restructuring practice at Grant Thornton LLP. Earlier in her career she was a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
