Houlihan Lokey announced that David Schneider has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Industrials Group. He is based in New York and will bolster Houlihan Lokey’s coverage of the chemicals sector.

Schneider joins from Deutsche Bank, where he has spent the entirety of his 13-year career focused on the chemicals sector. While there, he advised clients in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region on a range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Mr. Schneider’s experience spans the chemicals sector, including lubricants and fluids, coatings, adhesives and sealants, additives and ingredients, resins, and commodity and intermediate chemistries as well as inorganic materials.
