CIBC Innovation Banking provided a debt facility of $35 million for Atlanta-based Intradiem, a leading provider of automation technology solutions for customer service teams. Intradiem will use the capital to expand its market growth and accelerate the launch of strategic products to deliver on its next generation platform and machine learning initiatives.

Intradiem’s AI-powered Intelligent Automation platform enables contact center and back-office teams to process and leverage millions of real-time data points to boost operational efficiency, agent engagement, and customer experiences.
