FTI Consulting appointed Danelle Larsen as a Managing Director in the Office of the CFO Solutions practice within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Based in Los Angeles, Ms. Larsen is an interim leader with more than 20 years of strategic, financial, operational and restructuring experience across a range of transactions involving finance, treasury and accounting teams. She rejoins FTI Consulting from a West Coast-based finance consulting firm.

Ms. Larsen’s industry expertise includes consumer products, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality and entertainment. Most recently, she served as interim controller for an international agricultural company, where she oversaw the accounting team after the company’s initial public offering.

Prior to her work as interim controller, Ms. Larsen served as interim treasurer for a $700 million consumer packaged goods and agriculture company, where she assisted with the Day One transition activities. She also focused on treasury platforms, cash maximization, debt structure and interest rates, as well as the management of corporate insurance programs.
