Rosenthal & Rosenthal announced that Brian Resutek has been named Business Development Officer in the firm’s Atlanta office.
 
Resutek has served as Senior Vice President and Account Executive at Rosenthal since 2018, managing recourse and non-recourse factoring and asset based lending clients throughout the Southeast. Before joining Rosenthal through Rosenthal’s acquisition of BB&T’s factoring portfolio, he held similar roles in BB&T’s factoring and regional corporate banking groups for over ten years.

Resutek is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and holds an MBA from the University of Georgia. He serves on several non-profit boards including the YMCA-Atlanta and Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta as well as part of the Secured Finance Network’s (SFNET) content committee.
