Kevin Marchetti is a Partner of Varagon and Chief Risk Officer, where he leads the underwriting and portfolio management functions and manages a team of 35 senior investment professionals that drive the transaction execution process for the firm and manage the total portfolio. Kevin has over two decades of experience in risk management and middle market leveraged finance across a range of industries and strategies. Prior to joining Varagon in 20214, he was a Senior Vice President at GE Antares Capital. He has also held senior risk positions at CIT Group and TD Bank. He earned a B.A. degree from Springfield College and an M.B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
