EisnerAmper added Ryan Sievers as a partner in its Real Estate Advisory Services Group.
Sievers has more than 15 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services for real estate investments, including real estate investment funds, REITs and private equity funds. His experience includes overseeing the life cycle of investments and entities, including formation, operation and restructuring, disposition and liquidation, and the related tax considerations. He also has expertise with complex partnership taxation issues, including income and debt allocations, distribution waterfall calculations, carried interest considerations, and structuring and transactional analysis. Ryan was previously a tax partner at a national accounting firm where he co-led the firm’s REITs practice and served as a firmwide technical resource on partnership taxation matters.

Sievers has a B.S. in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University and an M.S. in Taxation from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs.
