Huntington Business Credit acting as Administrative Agent, Bookrunner and Lead Arranger closed a $150,000,000 new credit facility with Leader Global Solutions, LLC on September 23, 2022.  Proceeds of the facility were used to refinance existing debt and provide ongoing working capital growth financing.
