The Private Banking arm of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) announced the expansion and strengthening of its Corporate Advisory and Banking team in Philadelphia with the hiring of Dan Vereb. This is reflective of the firm’s deep commitment to Philadelphia and the mid-Atlantic region, its private business owners, and to their families.
Dan Vereb, a 25-year industry veteran has joined the firm’s Corporate Advisory and Banking team as Senior Vice President in the Philadelphia office. With strong relationships in the industry and across the region, Dan joins BBH from Santander where he was a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager responsible for advising substantial middle market companies across a wide range of industries. In his new role, Dan will be focused on providing corporate banking, corporate advisory, and multi-family office support to private business owners and their families in the region, as well as helping BBH Capital Partners identify private equity investment opportunities.

Throughout his career, Dan has been a trusted advisor to his clients and has worked tirelessly to deliver creative solutions to help them achieve their goals. Dan is a board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Risk Management Association and a graduate of Harvard College and NYU’s Stern School of Business.
