Carl Marks Advisors announced that Scott Webb, Partner, has been awarded Investment Banker of the Year at the 17th Annual Turnaround Awards, hosted by The M&A Advisor. The award was presented on Wednesday, March 22, following the 2023 Distressed Investing Summit.
