Wingspire Capital provided a $30 million senior secured credit facility to GTT Communications, a global provider of managed secure networking services for large enterprise and carrier clients.
The revolver will be used to support working capital requirements for the company. GTT is a leader in designing and delivering solutions that leverage advanced cloud, networking and security technologies connecting customers to more than 600 points of presence (POPs) worldwide for access to its Tier 1 global IP network.
