US Capital Global announced that Michael J. Levas recently joined the group as Senior Vice President to head up the group’s new office in Boston, MA. Levas is a seasoned industry veteran whose career spans over 25 years at leading Wall Street firms (Lehman Brothers, S.G. Cowen, UBS PaineWebber, Bear Stearns, Advest) and as founder of the Olympian Group of investment management companies, Asclepius Life Sciences Fund, and Asclepius Ventures.
Levas is the Founder and Managing Principal of the Olympian Group, a boutique investment and merchant bank specializing in private equity, venture capital, M&A, and the public markets. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Partner at Rosc Global Investments LLC, where he led the firm in all aspects of transaction origination, negotiation, and execution. Mr. Levas assembled a veteran team with a proven track record in investment management and life sciences that spanned hedge funds, Fortune 100 companies, and startups with M&A transactions exceeding $10 billion. He has managed over $500 million in investment assets during his career.
