Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) announced the appointment of three Managing Directors and five Senior Directors in the Talent Organization & People Management (TOP) group within its Corporate Performance Improvement (CPI) practice. With these new hires, CPI continues to capitalize on TOP’s recent revamping under the leadership of Managing Director, Matt Campbell, as it expands to meet growing market needs around the globe.
The new Managing Directors are Denver-based Abby Curnow-Chavez, Los Angeles-based Brad Hullsiek and New York-based Rebecca Stockley. They will be supported by Senior Directors Ed Caldwell (Atlanta), Mitch Lor-Fair (Chicago), Betsy Fischer (Denver), Sandeep Mota (New York) and David Rak (New York).
Collectively, Meses. Curnow-Chavez and Stockley and Mr. Hullsiek bring more than 50 years of complex transformation and cultural change expertise to A&M. They each have extensive organizational design, talent management and strategic change experience, ranging from line operational positions to strategic advisory assignments at the C-Suite level. They have worked across multiple sectors including banking, insurance, energy, life sciences and technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Curnow-Chavez was a Senior Partner with Korn Ferry, where she advised clients in the industrial, energy, technology and financial services industries, and led North America’s Mining & Metals advisory practice. Ms. Stockley led the Transformation Program for Transamerica’s Individual Solutions business and spent nine years with KPMG Advisory’s People and Change and Transformation practices. Mr. Hullsiek spent more than eight years with Capgemini Invent, most recently as Principal Director for Enterprise Transformation, Workforce and Organization, leading large-scale transformation initiatives, developing strategic plans and implementing workforce solutions.
