Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) announced the appointment of Atlanta-based Tiffany Brown as a Managing Director and the North American Solution Leader for the CFO Services practice within the firm’s Corporate Performance Improvement (CPI) division. Ms. Brown’s experience advances A&M’s capabilities in transforming and elevating the performance of the finance and accounting functions for Fortune 1000 company clients.
Ms. Brown brings deep expertise working with C-Suite executives to develop successful financial strategies and organizational designs. Her experience advising enterprises on optimizing their digital finance technologies aligns with A&M’s commitment to help clients reimagine financial operations and advance cross-functional and transformational initiatives enabled by emerging high-tech.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Brown spent more than 20 years with Accenture, where she served in various leadership roles including South Enterprise Performance Management Growth and Strategy Leader, North America CFO & EV Services Lead for the Retail Industry group, and Strategy Lead for Inclusion and Diversity in North America. She has collaborated closely with clients across the consumer package goods, retail, financial services, telecommunications, high tech and resources sectors.
Most recently she:
- Developed an AI solution to automate short-term operational cash forecasts to accelerate repatriation of funds, improve cash visibility and enhance strategic investment decisions.
- Implemented a next generation, AI powered, financial planning and analysis solution.
- Delivered $85 million in tangible value with the implementation of a global business services organization, including finance and accounting (F&A), human resources (HR) and business decision support across five business units and four geographies.
Ms. Brown earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Widener University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. She was a board member of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
