Mark L. Winger has joined AccuVal-LiquiTec as a senior manager in the Business Valuation practice. He is based in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to joining the firm, Winger worked the majority of his career at American Appraisal. During his tenure there, he developed domestic and international business enterprise and equity valuations for federal income tax, goodwill and fixed asset impairment testing, estate and gift taxes and litigation support purposes. He also analyzed and valued various intangible assets for allocation of purchase price, indefinite lived asset impairment testing, Master Limited Partnership (MLP) formation and fair royalty rate analysis purposes. He specializes in the energy, steel, cement and aggregates, chemical and mining industries.

Winger is highly credentialed, having earned numerous distinguished professional certifications including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation.
