B. Riley Securities served as advisor and placement agent to Transom Capital Group (“Transom”) in connection with its acquisition of the Professional Division of Bose Corporation (“Bose Professional”). B. Riley arranged financing by Blue Torch Capital (“Blue Torch”) in support of the acquisition.
