Peapack-Gladstone Financial and Peapack-Gladstone Bank appointed Philip Prudenti, CAMS as Vice President, Head of KYC and Client Onboarding at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. He joins the Company’s experienced team of risk and compliance professionals, assessing and implementing best practice procedures.
With over 25 years of expertise in financial services, risk management and compliance, Prudenti’s knowledge is invaluable to the institution. He most recently served as Director, Head of Special Approval – BSA/AML Operations at First Republic Bank in New York City where he oversaw the BSA/AML Due Diligence Operations group for client onboarding in New York, San Francisco and Boston. He was a key stakeholder in the development of the firm’s KYC (Know Your Customer) system regarding risk to ensure accurate evaluation and scoring of a client’s profile. Prior to that at JPMorgan Chase, Philip managed a team of AML investigators responsible for analyzing client transaction activity across business, consumer, high-net-worth and correspondent banking channels to mitigate financial risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
Previous experience in New York City also included Senior Manager, Global Investigations & AML Compliance Practice, Navigant; and Manager/Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering Reporting, SS&C GlobeOp Financial Services, LLC. Additionally, Philip served as Manager/Compliance Fund Officer at Lord, Abbett & Co., LLC in Jersey City and Senior Paralegal, Mutual Fund Legal/Blue Sky Compliance at Alliance Capital Management LLC in New York, NY.
Prudenti holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Sociology/Psychology from Iona College. He completed the Wharton School of Business Leadership Development Levels I & II and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
Artur Wisniewski joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank as Vice President and Support Manager of the Company’s New York location. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day residential mortgage area, assisting relationship managers with investor guidelines, products, structuring loans, and identifying and resolving loan issues.
Wisniewski has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, previously serving as Vice President, Senior Residential Loan Officer at City National Bank where he was responsible for the coordination and processing of the internal mortgage process from initiation through closing. Prior to that as Vice President, Manager at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, as a direct point of contact, he assisted private banking clients throughout the entire mortgage process while working with the Bank to assure all parameters were analyzed and fulfilled. Additionally, Wisniewski held the position of Loan Officer at Chase Home Finance where he utilized his knowledge of compliance and real estate regulations and guidelines to streamline the mortgage process for clients, processing and underwriting groups.
Wisniewski majored in Electrical Engineering at the City College of New York.
