Legacy Corporate Lending announced that Sean Spring has joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management. Spring will be based in Plano, TX and will be responsible for ensuring new and existing transactions are maintained in compliance with the firm’s Portfolio Management Guidelines and Credit Policies.
Spring will join Terrance McKinney on Legacy’s Portfolio team, which is overseen by Chief Investment Officer Paul Martin. He started his ABL career at Heller Financial and has held various credit, sales, and account executive positions at Union Bank of California (MUFG), Bay View Financial, City National Bank, Capital Source Finance, Wells Fargo, First Capital, Ares Management, Banc of California, Bank of Hope, and UMB Bank.

Legacy launched as a new ABL firm in May 2023 with support from Bain Capital Credit, L.P.
